This amber-lit cocktail bar in Chelsea has dramatic chandeliers and velvety tufted banquettes. Their happy hour features $8 drinks and pizzas, and a DJ spins after 9pm Thursdays through Saturdays. There’s also a lounge behind Primrose called Foxglove, which hosts private events.
