NAI Hiffman has appointed Paul Grusecki as managing director – head of advisory services. Grusecki will be based in Hiffman’s headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., and lead the firm’s Advisory Services group, whose integrated platform serves owner, occupier and lender clients in markets across the country.
Kiser Group has added Frankie Nix as an Advisor. Specializing in multifamily investment sales, Nix will focus on the Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Bucktown, and Wicker Park neighborhoods, bringing his firsthand ownership experience and financial expertise to serve investors in these evolving markets.
Laurence Morgan has rejoined Savills in the Chicago office as Vice Chairman. The industry veteran brings nearly 35 years of diverse experience to the firm, where he previously served from 1992-2004. Morgan will be tasked with developing new client relationships by providing tenant advisory services and transaction management for corporate clients across all industry sectors.
Farbman Group announced the addition of four new team members to its family of organizations. Jeanne Gross joins the NAI Farbman brokerage firm as senior vice president, Michele Tomaszewski joins Farbman Group as a property manager, Joseph Aronoff joins NAI Farbman and Farbman Group as a sales associate, and Jordon Machlis joins Apex Mechanical Solutions as an HVAC apprentice.
Colliers Indianapolis office has welcomed Nick Trimpe as Senior Vice President | Office Advisory Services. Nick joins the market’s office services team of central Indiana – Office Indy Team, of Rich Forslund, Matt Langfeldt, and Christa Calderone. Before joining Colliers, Nick served as Vice President at Chicago-based Zeller Realty Corporation, a 35-year-old national commercial real estate investment firm.
Uncommon Capital Group announced the appointment of Danny Dlugie as vice president. Dlugie comes to Uncommon with significant experience from GCM Grosvenor, where he sourced private offerings and executed investments for the $80 billion asset manager, which served a diverse institutional client base that included pension funds, endowments and sovereign wealth funds.
