Dēliz is a newly opened neighborhood Italian steakhouse rooted in wood-fired cooking, handcrafted pasta, and warm hospitality, Dēliz blends Italian simplicity with Chicago soul, backed by a team seasoned in open-fire technique and refined service.

The menu is anchored by premium Midwest steaks, limited full-blood Australian Wagyu, coastal-inspired seafood, inventive wood-fired sides, and housemade pasta. Prepared over custom Argentinian-style grills from Grillworks and a wood-fired oven, the menu leans into clarity, restraint, and bold flavor.

The beverage program features Italian-inspired cocktails—such as a cannoli-infused Espresso Martini and an Italian Old Fashioned washed with toasted milk powder—alongside a wine list highlighting Italian and New World producers.

The two-level space includes a refined dining room, a lively upstairs bar, all-season upstairs patio, late-night hours on weekends, and warm terracotta-driven design touches blending Italian heritage with neighborhood energy.
