Where the wheel sits in relation to the axis the steering rotates around is called the scrub radius, but a 12mm spacer adjusts this by such a tiny amount it should make little to no difference.
Now if this were a Porsche with an RWB kit where you are pushing the wheels 3 further out then yes, but with this small of an adjustment there isnt much to worry about. Anything for this vehicle will be a well engineered hubcentric spacer that should have zero difference in handling or ride quality/vibrations.
