Men’s Baseball
Last week, the Benedictine Baseball team played 4 games. In those games, the Eagles suffered a 22-18 loss vs Illinois Wesleyan University, a 10-2 loss vs North Central College, and both an 11-1 and 10-6 loss to the Milwaukee School of Engineering in a double header. Next, the Eagles face Illinois Tech in the first of four straight double headers as they approach the final stretch of games during the regular season. The first match is scheduled at 12:00 p.m. in Chicago, Illinois on April 22.
Women’s Softball
The Benedictine Eagles Softball team played only two games last week, as the first two games of the first double header were both postponed. The two games played came from what would have been their second double header, as they were the victors against the Milwaukee School of Engineering in a 4-3 and 7-1 victory. After defeating Alverno College in a 12-4 and 11-1 victory, the Eagles will face Dominican University for a double header starting at 4:00 p.m. in River Forest, Illinois on April 22 to kick off the final stretch of games in the regular season.
Men’s Lacrosse
The Eagles Lacrosse team played two games, where they defeated Illinois Tech 11-4 and Lawrence University 8-5, pushing their win streak to three. Next, the Eagles will be facing Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois for their last regular season game before the NACC (Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference). The game is at 4:00 p.m. on April 22.
Women’s Flag Football
Last week, the Eagles Flag Football team played two games where they suffered 32-0 and 46-0 losses to Marian University. Next, the team will be facing North Park University in Chicago, Illinois on April 22nd at 5:00 p.m. for their final game of the regular season.
