Tavern Next Door is a bar next door to—and from the same team as—Red Hook Tavern. It seems like a useful place for those brave enough to walk into the restaurant without a reservation. They also have tables available to book, and, in addition to cocktails, there will be a small food menu with a version of their famous burger.
